Refund Policy

At Plus Performance, we are committed to providing high-quality physical therapy services tailored to each individual’s needs. Please read our NO REFUND POLICY carefully before booking or purchasing services.
All payments for physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and related services are non-refundable. Once a service has been scheduled or rendered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Clients may reschedule appointments with a minimum of 24-hour notice.

Missed or canceled appointments without proper notice may be subject to a cancellation fee that will be added to your account.
Prepaid treatment packages and session bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients may use remaining sessions within the designated time frame but are not eligible for refunds for unused sessions.
Refunds may only be considered in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges. If you believe there has been a mistake, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.
